Remote Track-side Support is a service we provide to customers who require that extra level of support, specifically at the drag strip! Much like our remote tuning sessions, we review logs and send tune revisions while the car is at the track to optimize track performance. This obivously requires that you have an Internet connection while at the track so you can send your logs and receive tune files via the ticket system. NOTE: Just because you send a log, does not mean it needs a tune revision. Our availability includes "health checking" the car as you're racing or testing. Sometimes an engine or trans calibration can be dialed in and it's up to you to optimize traction with suspension changes or just simply add power with a pulley change or boost controller change. We offer advice on suspension and power delivery as part of this service if needed.
You MUST schedule your track-side support date with a tuner AT LEAST 7 BUSINESS DAYS in advance. We will not schedule anything under that timeframe.
This service covers 4 HOURS worth of track support. Obviously, if something happens at the track that is out of your control and no racing can be done; OR if you break something before you're able to send us a log, we'll be lenient and allow the tune session to be used again at a later date. Otherwise, service is rendered regardless of performance. You're paying for our time and availability. If you know in advance that you plan to be longer than 4 hours we ask that you pay for the additional hours ahead of time. If it's weekday daytime support, we will be lenient on the support time. After hours and weekend support is where we will charge additional time.
This service is the standard price listed Monday through Thursday during the week as well as Friday up until 4:30PM EST. After 4:30PM Friday through Sunday we will be charging time and a half (x1.5) since we consider that "Weekend" support.
